Our water safety and stroke technique curriculum

Video feedback technology lets swimmers of all ages and abilities instantly view their strokes, correct or enhance their form, adjust their technique, and master their skills. The entire Little H20 team is fiercely passionate about swimming, and our curriculum has been developed by a team of world class swimmers with over 10 years of teaching experience. • One-on-one, semi private and elite instruction from experienced teachers who customize each session to meet the swimmer’s specific needs.

• Multiple in-pool cameras and positioned strategically to capture a 360-degree view of the swimmer’s stroke. This allows swimmers to instantly view their strokes, correct or enhance their form, adjust their technique and master their skills.

• Video-analysis software and pool-side monitors that provide instant feedback to swimmers on how they can adjust their stroke to be more efficient and faster in the water.

• Our comprehensive video library of elite swimmers, so swimmers can see their strokes side-by-side with the best in the world.
