FAQ

1. By what age will my child be able to swim on his/her own?
It truly differs from individual to individual. We have younger students who are very confident in the water and are consistent with attending the lessons, it helps them to progress faster. We also have students who are older but have had an unpleasant swimming experience before that caused them to have a fear of water and as such, it does take more time for them to overcome their fear and become a confident swimmer. Rest assured, our experienced coaches are there to advise when a child is ready to progress to the next level. We cater to every child’s individual needs as we understand that every child is unique and learns
differently. Take your time with us, you will definitely enjoy the learning process.


2. Do you do a SwimSafer program?
Yes, our students will be SwimSafer program, Once the coach deems your child ready for the test, our coach will
 schedule the Swimsafer test for your child.


3. How do I arrange for payment?
Payment can be made via PAYNOW (UEN: T23LL0843H) or QR Code. Kindly only arrange for payment after receiving the invoice.

4. Attendance and Scheduling of Classes

  • Lessons will be conducted every week on the agreed day and time. Every set of 4X lessons must be completed within a period of 6 weeks. Students may also choose to utilize 2X lessons in a single week to make up for lessons missed. Lessons that are not utilized 6 weeks after the first lesson of each new payment will be forfeited. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.

  • In the event of wet weather (Light rain), lessons will continue as normal unless there is a lightning risk.

5. Cancellations

A total of 1X Wet Weather and 1X Medical certificate Cancellations will be given for each set of 4X lessons

  • Wet Weather Cancellations:
    Wet Weather Cancellations must be communicated to the coach at least 2 hours before the commencement of lessons.

  • Medical Certificate Cancellations:
    Medical Certificate Cancellations must be communicated to the coach at least 2 hours before the commencement of lessons.

6. Others

  • The arrival of the coach at your residence will be considered a lesson conducted. Lessons cancelled after the coach has arrived or less than 2 hours before the commencement of class without any valid reason shall be deemed as conducted.

  • If lessons have commenced but are halted due to lightning risk, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the lesson will be considered completed.

  • Students/Parents of Students shall not hold the coach or Littleh20 responsible for any loss, accident, or death that might occur during the swimming lessons.

  • Fee payment from the client to LittleH20 shall constitute an acknowledgment and acceptance by all parties of the above clauses in these terms and conditions.
